A mention has been made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners. The counsel for the petitioners is not present even in the revised list.
We have perused the record which shows that while referring the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this High Court, vide order dated 16.7.2018 passed by another Bench of this Court, the Court has imposed a condition that the petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs. 20,000 within two weeks from the said date. We have also perused the report of the Deputy Registrar Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad dated 24.11.2018 which shows that the amount required to be deposited has not yet been deposited.
No indulgence can be granted. Dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
