From perusal of the impugned FIR No.0564, dated 07.11.2020 under Sections 7, 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, a cognizable offence is made out. Therefore, we do not find any good reason to quash the FIR.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for bail. If bail application is moved by the petitioner, then it shall be decided by the concerned court in accordance with law, expeditiously.
