ORDER Learned counsel for the caveator has furnished air ticket of the respondent and the minor child – Miss.Ipshita Sengupta who have traveled from Bengaluru to Kolkata on 30th September, 2019 for Dasara vacation.
2. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition do not survive for consideration, since the petitioner has sought for interim custody of minor child for Dasara vacation.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
