In answer to the notice issued by this Court now communication addressed by Police Inspector, Prevention of Crime, Ahmedabad City to office of Police Inspector, Gomtipur, Ahmedabad City that proceedings of externment envisaged against the petitioner are now dropped and in view of nature of dispute action in accordance with provisions of Section 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is taken and, therefore, no grievances survives at this stage, keeping it open for the petitioner to take appropriate action with regard to other prayer of this petition.
Petition stands disposed of. Notice discharged. No costs.
