Perusal of the record shows that the sole appellant Sabir has passed away. as per letter no. 43 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Rampur.
Since the sole appellant Sabir has expired, hence the instant appeal abates against the sole appellant.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as abated.
