It is alleged that petitioner's mother was a lecturer in Hamidiya Girls Inter College, Allahabad, who died on 23rd of February, 2015 in harness. Petitioner has thereafter moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment, but as despite repeated representations, no orders have been passed upon his claim, as such the petitioner has approached this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the petitioner would be examined by respondent No. 3 at the first instance.
In view of the nature of order proposed to be passed, notice need not be issued to respondent No. 4.
It is however provided that an opportunity of hearing will be afforded to the said respondents by the District Inspector of Schools before proceeding further.
In the facts and circumstances noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent No. 3, by annexing all relevant materials in support of such claim together with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks. The concerned authority shall issue notice to respondents and thereafter proceed to pass an appropriate order, as may be warranted in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter.
