JUDGMENT / ORDER

M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.
vs No representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent. Even in the last five hearings, namely on 16.12.2016, 23.12.2016, 06.01.2017, 27.01.2017 and on 01.02.2017 there were no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent. Due to continuous absence, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there are no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
