JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7783 of 2015 dated 26.03.2015 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. In the order passed by this Court in the Criminal Original Petition, this Court directed the petitioner to furnish all the documents sought for by the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police was directed to file final report.
3. Today, when this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that till date the petitioner has not filed any original document, as directed.
4. Taking note of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent along with all the required original documents on 21.01.2017 at 10.30 a.m. On production of those original documents, after taking necessary photocopies of the same, the respondent police shall file final report within a period of three months thereafter.
5. With the above directions, the contempt petition is closed.
