JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the 2nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, the detention order, passed against the petitioner, has been revoked by G.O.RI.No.4651 Home, Prohibition & R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr Excise (X) Department dated 28.09.2016 and even thereafter, the petitioner is unnecessarily harrassed by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for the above relief.
3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner submitted a letter on 11.04.2017 and with regard to the same, his presence is required for appropriate enquiry.
4. Therefore, to give quietus, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 12.06.2017 and 13.06.2017 and on that date, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of.
