In the impugned notification, the period of licence is granted from 01.01.2011 or from the date of agreement, whichever is later, till 30.06.2011. The said period has now expired and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
