Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to correct the error appeared in the computed online Patta No. 1964 for 1.30 Ares out of 3.50 Ares i.e. 1502 sq.ft out of 3200 sq.ft. and issue corrected computer online patta which was originally issued for 3.50 Ares for 3200 sq.ft. based on the documents title deeds and lineage in respect of my property situated at Madipakkam, Ram Nagar 2nd Street, Plot No. 1417-A Sq.ft. 3200, Chennai 600 091 based on the petitioner's complaint/ representation dated 07.06.2017, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
For Petitioner : Mr.M.Kempraj For Respondents : Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai Addl. Govt. Pleader O R D E R Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to correct the error appeared in the computed online Patta No. 1964 for 1.30 Ares out of 3.50 Ares i.e. 1502 sq.ft out of 3200 sq.ft. and issue corrected computer online patta, which was originally issued for 3.50 Ares for 3200 sq.ft., based on the documents, title deeds and lineage in respect of her property situated at Madipakkam, Ram Nagar 2nd Street, Plot No. 1417-A Sq.ft. 3200, Chennai 600 091, based on her representation dated 07.06.2017, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, to correct the entries made in the computer online, within a period of six weeks.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side , without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
