Respondents Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears of rent for a sum of Rs.1,24,800/- ( Rs.10,400/- p.m. from July, 2011 to June, 2012) and Rs.2,95,500/- ( Rs.19,700/- p.m. from July, 2012 to September, 2013) totalling in all Rs.4,20,300/- within the time to be stipulated by this Court and consequential direction to continue to pay the contractual rent at Rs.19,700/- per month to the petitioners foir the rest oif the period of lease i.e. Till June, 2014 as per the registered deed of lease dated 04.02.2013 vide D.No.152 of 2013, SRO: Valangaiman, entered into between the 3rd respondent and the petitioners in respect of the lease hold premises bearing Door No.17-1, Middle Agaragaram Street, Valangaiman, Thiruvarur District, which is being occupied by the third respondent viz., District Munsif cumJudicial Magistrate Court, Valangaiman.

O R D E R
Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
