As the notice to respondents 4 to 6 could not be served at the address in the cause title, the office posted the matter before this Court. On 28.4.2009, this Court while granting two weeks time to pay batta and furnish correct address also observed that the writ petition shall stand dismissed if the order is not complied with. The counsel for petitioner has not complied with the order.
The writ petition therefore stands dismissed.
