JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the notice dated 17.08.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the seal on the premises situated at New No.10, Old No.97 (in the notice of the 2nd respondent wrongly mentioned as Door No.96), St.Xavier Street, Chennai – 600 001.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the respondents will process the application of the petitioner for grant of license and pass necessary orders within a week's time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
