JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is came up for final disposal today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the auction notice, the property was auctioned and the said property was purchased by the 3rd respondent Society through auction sale. Hence, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the society under Section 131 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner, if so advised, to approach the authority concerned under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
