O R D E R This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take into account the earlier temporary services rendered by the petitioner as Village Karnam from 10.09.1973 to 14.11.1980 and from 15.11.1980 to 31.08.1982 for pension purposes and disburse pension arrears after taking the said periods and also pay revised pension to the petitioner due to that effect.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in this writ petition has been covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.276 to 280 of 2009 and W.P.Nos.287 to 293 of 2009, dated 09.01.2009.
4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as Village Karnam from 10.09.1973 to 14.11.1980 and he was reappointed as Village Karnam from 15.11.1980 to 31.08.1982. Thereafter, the said Village Karnam post was abolished by the Government.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered in the light of the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.276 to 280 of 2009 and W.P.Nos.287 to 293 of 2009, dated 09.01.2009. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
