JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the suit in O.S.No.333 of 2008 has already been disposed of and the appeal has been filed by the petitioner in A.S.No.38 of 2015 before the Sub-Court, Krishnagiri and the same is pending. Hence, this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

vs Learned counsel for the petitioner represented by one Mr.Alagusundaram requested for an adjournment to verify the same, but the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr.S.Kanniah, has produced the judgment of the Court below. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
