Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to survey the house site having an extent of 15 cents of land, comprised in old Survey No:113 (new Survey No.51/5), situated in No.120 Kaniambadi Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District, (bounded: North by land as shown in the unregistered sale agreement dated 24.07.2008 executed in favour of V.M.Nagappan, South by lake water channel, East by lake water channel, West by land of Pichandi Manthri), identify the boundaries of the house site land and fix the boundary stones in the four corners of the house site land as requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 01.04.2017.

Pleader ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to survey the house site having an extent of 15 cents of land, comprised in old Survey No:113 (new Survey No.51/5), situated in No.120 Kaniambadi Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District and to identify the boundaries of the house site land and fix the boundary stones in the four corners of the house site land as requested by him in his representation dated 01.04.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation on 01.04.2017 to measure the land and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not completed the exercise so far.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambi Durai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to complete the exercise on payment of necessary charges by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's land and fix the boundaries, on payment of necessary charges, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
