JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the second respondent should cause an inspection to be made of the area within fifteen days of the receipt of the order and if encroachment on the road as alleged by the petitioner is found, to take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
