On earlier occasion i.e. 29.05.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and directed to list the case after vacation. Even today, (09.02.2017) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
