JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Enquiry Notice issued by the third respondent/Tahsildar dated 12.12.2016 in respect of the patta proceedings.
2. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the said enquiry notice was issued by the Tahsildar in pursuant to an order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.18193 of 2016 dated 28.09.2016 followed by passing a final order on 26.12.2016. Therefore, it is submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, she should only file appropriate appeal before the competent appellate authority.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would take appropriate steps to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar before the competent appellate authority.
4.Recording the above-said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, as nothing survives in this matter to be adjudicated upon further. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
