Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend his wife's operation for stone.

From papers, we do not find any specific date for operation.

Under these circumstances, at this stage, the application is not required to be entertained.

Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
