Mr.
Dhaval Dave, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant, would contend that the complaint impugned and process issued thereon is barred by Section 55 of the Building and other Construction workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996. It is further contended that the complaint impugned is time-barred and that applicant No.1 cannot be termed as Director of the joint venture.
Issue notice returnable on 23.2.2012.
