By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to conclude and decide complaint case no.2400 of 2016 (Old No.1530 of 2016) (Smt. Ruma Devi vs. Ram Surat) under Sections 323/34, 498-A and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-I, court no.17, Jaunpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, court no.17, Jaunpur to consider and decide complaint case no.2400 of 2016 (Old No.1530 of 2016) (Smt. Ruma Devi vs. Ram Surat) under Sections 323/34, 498-A and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
