The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer to direct the trial court to decide bail application of applicant, No. 1034 of 2018 (Dinesh Singh and others Vs. State), S.T. No. 80/18, arising out of case crime no. 189 of 2017, under Sections 394, 302, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Ghatampur, district Kanpur Dehat expeditiously.
Looking to the facts of the case and also the fact that the trial is lingering on since long, it is hereby directed that the trial court will make an endeavour to decide the bail application expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off.
