In pursuance to the order dated 30th January, 2018, learned Additional Government Advocate has availed the said instructions.
It has been stated that during the course of investigation cogent and credible evidence is made available to the Investigation Agency about involvement of the petitioner in a case relating to the offences under Section 394/302/120B IPC and as such he is an accused wanted in the case aforesaid.
In view of the facts submitted by learned Additional Government Advocate, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the said matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
