Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sabhajeet Singh, learned counsel who appeared for the Union respondents.
Sri Sabhajeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the departmental petition which is stated to have been preferred on 15 November 2017, shall be attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
