Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.1, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Azamgarh to expedite the proceeding of Case No.10 of 2015, Computer Case No.0949010018/2015 filed under Section 372 Part -X of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Azamgarh to consider and decide the Case No.10 of 2015, Computer Case No.0949010018/2015 filed under Section 372 Part- X of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925 expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
