This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in live relationship of the petitioners.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the safety and security of the petitioners."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that although the Petitioner No. 1 is married to Respondent No. 4 but she is having live-in-relationship with the Petitioner No. 2. He further stated that on account of the fact that the Petitioner No. 1 is living with the Petitioner No. 2, Respondent No. 4 is harassing and resorting to physical violence.
Be that as it may, it is open for the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to ventilate their grievance.
With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
