The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506(2) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r) of SC/ST Amendment Act 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Districit and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day purely on the basis of merits and pass suitable orders, in the event of the petitioner's surrendering before the said court within 15 days from today and filing of petition seeking bail.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
