The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“1. To issue writ, rule or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the record and quash the F.I.R. dated 15.11.2017 registered as Case Crime no.1071 of 2017 Under section 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station Etmadaullah, District Agra. (Annexure no 1 to this petition)”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.224/2018 dated 03.07.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
