JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the second respondent states that both the petitioner and the third respondent have made constructions contrary to the planning permission.
2.That being the position, the second respondent should proceed against both the petitioner and the third respondent in accordance with law and conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of three (3) months from today.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 stands closed.
