JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks direction for grant of appropriate permission for operating blood separator machines and for providing training to the staffs in Dindigul Government Hospital.
2.It is now stated by the fourth respondent that the unit in question is functioning at present, with the full trained man power and that the needy persons are taken care of properly.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
