JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.10522 of 2014 dated 15.09.2014.
2.Record of proceedings shows that the petition has been adjourned for more that four occasions on request being made. Order was passed in the year 2014 pertaining to educational loan. By efflux of time nothing would survive for consideration in the matter as the candidate would have virtually completed the course now.
3.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if still need arises..
