JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016.
2.Heard Mr.R.Sevugaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3.The case of the petitioner is that she purchased Plot No.376 for an extend of 1200 sq.ft through a registered sale deed dated 27.9.2006. She filed an application on 24.06.2016 through online for issuance of Patta. But still the respondent has not issued patta in favour of the petitioner, hence this Writ petition.
4.In view of the above facts, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
