Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will seek his remedy by filing revision against the order dated 17.4.2018 passed by C.J.M., Pilibhit, by which the custody of corpus was handed over to respondent no.3, so the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file revision.
In view of above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file revision.
Let certified copy of order dated 17.4.2018 passed by C.J.M., Pilibhit be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner as per the Rules of the Court.
