Roshanben vs State

On perusal of the petition, it appears that the subject matter involves contention with reference to provisions under Land Acquisition Act. In cause title the petitioner has expressly mentioned that the matter is under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act as well. The petitioner has also invoked provisions under the Gujarat Housing Board Act.

Since the matters related to the Land Acquisition Act are not assigned to this Court, the office is directed to consider the subject matter of the petition and take appropriate decision as per present roster.
