Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Mrigraj Singh appears for respondent nos.2 and 3.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for being appointed as Assistant Teacher (Urdu Language) on vacant post of reserved category, which is unfilled due to non-availability of the candidates of a particular category.
On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the respondents have produced the Government Order dated 8.10.2018 and on the basis of which it is contended that the process for recruitment of Asstt. Teacher (Urdu) has been cancelled. As such it is contended that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question as well as the Government Order dated 8.10.2018 and find that once the process for recruitment of Asstt. Teacher (Urdu) has itself been cancelled, no reprieve can be accorded to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the Government Order dated 8.10.2018. The Government Order dated 8.10.2018 is taken on record.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
