In the meanwhile, until further orders of this Court the further proceedings in Case Crime No. 18 of 2014 under Sections 379, I.P.C. and 4/10 Forest Act, Police Station- Haldaur, District- Bijnor, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Bijnor, shall remain stayed.
