Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents no. 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 10.10.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0297 of 2019 at P.S. Barsana, District Mathura, U/s 354 and 506 I.P.C.
The allegation made in the impugned first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence therefore the prayer of the petitioner to quash the first information report cannot be accepted.
The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to apply for bail / anticipatory bail, as may be advised.
