After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition, on account of having filed an incorrect copy of the order sheet. He prays for liberty to file a fresh petition annexing correct copy of the order sheet.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in term of the prayer made.
