Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Sri Arvind Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the informant and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.333 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Hariparvat, District- Agra.
Bearing in mind the allegations which stand levelled namely that the signature of the informant was forged on the document dated 05 November 2017 on the basis of which it was conveyed to the concerned financial institution that the account of the LLP could be operated by anyone of the partners, the Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail. The informant has specifically alleged in the statement that he had never signed that document nor had he consented to the passing of any such resolution. The Court is also informed that on the basis of the document dated 05 November 2017, a sum of Rs.2.39 Crores was withdrawn from the account and transferred to the accounts of the father and brother of the applicant. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
