It appears that petitioner's claim for promotion to Class-III post has been accepted by the District Inspector of Schools, Etah vide his order dated 22nd October, 2018. However, consequential action is yet to be taken in the matter, inasmuch as the Committee of Management has not passed any resolution for promotion nor the Inspector has passed consequential orders.
In the facts and circumstances noticed above, it is appropriate to dispose off the petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to take necessary further action, as may be warranted in law, in pursuance to his order dated 22nd October, 2018. The Inspector shall also keep in view the earlier order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9485 of 2018 decided on 26.04.2018 Needful action would be taken in accordance with law by the Inspector concerned within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
