JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
