On the matter being taken Mr. Ram Babu Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh as certain inherent mistakes have crept in the present petition. Accordingly, the prayer made for is allowed.
The application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the counsel for the applicant after obtaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
