This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge Family Court Bulandshahar to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Case No. 43 of 2019 (Rishipal Vs. Smt. Priti and Another) under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C., P.S.- Salempur, District- Bulandshahr, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court Bulandshahar to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 43 of 2019 ( Rishipal Vs. Smt. Priti and Another) under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C., P.S.- Salempur, District- Bulandshahr, as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
