Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for State and perused the material available on record.
This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the accused-applicant, involved in Case Crime No.250 of 2019, under Sections 364, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Salempur, District Deoria, applied for bail. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020.
There is no new ground except detention of accused-applicant in jail and hostility of victim.
Having regard to the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties; I do not see any good ground to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail.
Accordingly, second bail application is hereby rejected.
However, trial court is directed to ensure that the trial is completed expeditiously and not later than six months from the date of production of copy of this order. The prosecution will extend full cooperation to trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
Office is directed to transmit the copy of this order to trial court through District Judge concerned forthwith.
