Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer to :-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to re-examine the injuries sustained by the respondent no. 4 i.e. Rahul, son of Kailash, resident of Singhauli, Kallu, Police Station Rajpura, District Bheem Nagar alleged to have sustained in the incident registered as N.C.R. No. 188 of 2018 Under Section 323, 504 I.P.C. Police Station Rajpura, District Bheem Nagar, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
II. Issue any suitable writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
III. Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner."
It is settled law that the Court shall ordinarily not interfere with the investigation of the case as the same belongs exclusively to the realm of the investigating agency. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner has any grievance, he may move an application before the Investigating Officer or the S.P., Sambhal.
Subject to aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
