The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the case being Case No.311 of 2014 (State Vs. Subhavati & Ors.) under section 198-A(2) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Jakhania, District Ghazipur was not being finally decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made that the same may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.311 of 2014 (State Vs. Subhavati & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
