1. Heard Sri Riyazuddin Ansari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohd. Shahrum Khan, learned counsel for applicant and perused the record.
2. This bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 1143 of 2018, under Sections 394, 411 IPC, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar.
3. Name of accused applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Applicant was caught on spot with illegal weapons after being chased by informant and local residents. The allegations levelled against applicant are serious in nature. Hence, looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
